Arrivals takes place between 16:00 and 18:00 and we kindly ask you to phone us under +33 6 32 34 51 43 the day before your arrival to inform us about the hour at which you think you expect to arrive in Riquewihr.
However, these schedules can be arranged according to your and our constraints.
Departures takes place between 08:00 and 12:00 the last day of your stay.
The flat is cleaned by us before your arrival and we propose a fixed rate to clean the apartment at the end of your stay if you don't want to make it yourself. The amout of the cleaning varies between 30,- and 50,- euros according to the size of the flat.
Cleaning products are at your disposal in every flat. Do not hesitate to contact us if you think that something is missing.
If you don't want to pay for the cleaning, you will have to clean the flat before your departure. If cleaning is not correctly performed, we shall deduct the sum of the cleaning from the deposit (30,- to 50,- euros according to the flat).
Whatever the length of your stay, we propose the supply of bath and bed sheets for 12,- euros per person. Bed sheets : Cloths + Cover + Couette, bath sheets : 2 towels (1 large and 1 medium) + 1 glove of toilet.
To guarantee possible damage during your stay, we ask for a check of deposit of 300,- euros at your arrival. We don't cash it and we give it back to you during the exit, after the check-out if no damage has been made.
During your arrival in the flat, an check the apartment in your presence and write possible deteriorations breaking on a paper : One for you and one for us. During the exit, an identical check is performed, always in your presence, and recorded on the last page of the documents.
To confirm your reservation, we ask you to pay 30%. The rest of the renting must absolutely be paid during the entrance in the flat. Moreover, no refund is performed if, for a reason or another one, you decide to end your stay before the date of exit initially envisaged in the contract.
The first 2 houses (Flats n°2, 3 and 4) are located in the number 4 of the main Street. In the center of the old city of Riquewihr, pass under the porch of the Town hall, go on straight, it is the 2nd house to the right after the fountain. You will find the door easily with the sign "Cour Renaissance" over it. Also, you can click here to see the Riquewihr map.
The 3rd house is also on the main street, although the entrance of flats is on the street "Rue des Ecuries Seigneuriales", just after the home to the right at number 12.
Concerning the parking, the house is located at the beginning of the old city, so we are very closed to city parkings. We will show You the places that are free of charge.
If there are no more free of charge places, it will cost you 2€ a day (from 10 am till 05 pm).
Nevertheless, at the evening after 07 pm and the morning before 09 am it is possible to temporarily park the car in front of the door in order to charge and discharge the luggage or purchases.
We have not private parking.
